This seven-storey 1960’s office building in Bolton Town Centre was transformed into the new HQ and treatment facility for Spa Medica, a leading provider of NHS medical and surgical eye patient services. Working closely with the Spa Medica team and contractors, the scheme included a state of the art surgery, treatment and assessment rooms for both NHS and Private Healthcare Patients, contemporary reception and waiting areas, as well as general offices, staff facilities, training suite, executive offices and a boardroom.
